Senior UX Designer

I help teams turn complex requirements into experiences people can understand and use.
At Northrop Grumman, I own the design system, lead UX across three concurrent projects and line-manage two UX designers. I support their development through mentoring, fortnightly check-ins and annual performance reviews. I clarify requirements, explore concepts and develop reusable interface patterns with delivery colleagues. Project details and outcome metrics are confidential.
My experience spans enterprise SaaS, ecommerce, HR technology, sustainability, B2B platforms and hospitality, including BrightHR, Anthesis, BiP Solutions, Distrelec and freelance work.
