For RND's 4th anniversary of being present, the company wanted to promote all their content via a landing page that separated into five different sectors (1 landing page for each sub brand) this was a big project as banners were needed, 6 landing pages, brochures and took around a month to complete.
I decided firstly on doing concept work, then finally mocking up a nice simple layout optimised for web and user friendly so customers could navigate between all 6 landing pages.
These concepts were the beginning as RND planned for their content to go across billboards and in other offices around the world to promote their brand. I had shown all three to the wider business, They decided on going with the second concept as the first one wasn't accurate enough and didn't sell the message as much. The third one was too simple and wasn't unique enough. So I decided on doing it completely black and white however adding alot of shadow to give it that "ooohhh" factor which was exactly what happened with the second concept.
The above concept, I shown what the design would look like from a billboard perspective. The RND team and wider business were happy to continue with the overall concept and progress towards the landing pages to be built alongside all web content (banners) and print content (brochure & poster)
With all concept work done and complete the final push was the six landing pages, the main one being the most important as all assets linked to that particular page.
With the landing pages complete, this campaign brought up RND's profit margin up by 4% meaning nearly a third of distrelec's income came from RND at that point.
